I tried to register 3 times and they always told me to come back as they where too busy (I couldn’t see anyone else in the room). Booking an appointment is impossible and when you finally manage to get your time slot.. they overbook and reschedule you for the following week. They don’t have any idea of what costumer service is or even have any empathy with the patients.
